BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES:
PACKAGE 1
2 HOURS - 1 Hour Gym Adventure + 1 Hour Party Room
Up To 6 Children - $179.00+HST
*$20.00 per additional child up to a maximum of 10 children
PACKAGE 2
2 HOURS - 1 Hour Gym Adventure + 1 Hour Party Room
Up To 12 Children - $256.00+HST
*$20.00 per additional child up to a maximum of 18 children
ONCE YOUR PARTY IS BOOKED:
- You have up until
2 days prior to date of the party to add additional invitees
(MAX 4 additional invitees with a booked package of 6 guests, and MAX 6 additional invitees with a booked package of 12 guests)
- We must be informed about the additional invitees and receive payment
at least 2 days prior to the date of the party. The payment must be e-transferred to info@starrgymnastics.com (please add the birthday child's name in the comments)
- After we receive the payment, additional spaces will be added to your guest list so you can add the additional names

- 'T' Shirt or Bodysuit
- Children can be barefoot or wear indoor running shoes

BIRTHDAY PARTY INFORMATION SHEET
Parents, some things you may wish to remember to bring:
Thank you in advance for choosing Starr!
- Ask your guest to arrive 5 minutes prior to start time
- Children should be in shorts, track pants, and t-shirt and bare feet in the gym
- Long hair should be tied back
- No chewing gum in the gym
- Jewelry should be removed
- Children must wait for a coach before entering the gym
- Children may not go back into the gym after their 1-hour instructional time is up
- Any children under the age of 3 MUST be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the party.
- Parents of the birthday party child are welcome to take photographs or video, however, we do request that outdoor footwear be removed and you remain on the lower part of the gym
- Siblings joining the party are counted as guest regardless of age
- Siblings not participating should remain outside of the gym
- Parents will have between 10 and 15 minutes to set up the party room (while the children are in the gym)
- ! ABSOLUTELY NO PEANUT/NUTS/HUMMUS OR SESAME SEED PRODUCTS!!
- Plates, cups, cutlery, napkins (plastics)

Every Starr Gymnastics Birthday Party Package comes with A PERSONALIZED PHOTO FROM THE PARTY
WHAT KIND OF FUN WILL BE HAD?
- For a whole hour the partygoers will be immersed in a world of dynamic, exciting and motivating gymnastics skills.
- An expert STARR entertainer will lead the party through a five-station gymnastics adventure full of cheers, smiles, tumbles, games, challenges and celebration.
- Along the way the children will learn and refine their jumping, balancing, swinging, rolling, and PARTYING skills.
NOTE TO BIRTHDAY PARENTS
- Starr Gymnastics is a NUT-FREE facility. Please ensure that you choose food and products that do not contain nuts or any nut product.
- Any children under the age of 3 MUST be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the party.
- Any Party with children under the age of 4 Require that one Adult be present in the gym while the Party is in progress.
- All Parties provide their own Cake, Refreshments, Cutlery and Additional Decorations.
